At REDBELLIES, we manufacture each display system and plaque to order in Australia. Because products are custom‑made and personalised, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

✅ What Is Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will replace or refund items that:

• Arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect compared to what you ordered.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

📅 Refund Process

Once your request and photos are received and approved:

• We will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval.

🔄 What Can’t Be Returned

Because every piece is precision manufactured:

• Custom plaques (with chosen logos or background colours) are not returnable for change of mind.
• Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

🚚 Return Shipping

For eligible defective or incorrect items, we will advise the safest way to return the product. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping — we cannot issue a refund without proof of a safely returned item.
